About The Role

As a Senior Care & Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of delivering compassionate, high-quality care, directly contributing to our clients' well-being in their homes across Meath and Louth. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive personal care, assisting with daily living activities, medication prompting, mobility support, and offering companionship. Crucially, you will also utilise your experience to mentor new team members, support the Field Care Supervisor with care planning and problem-solving, and ensure the highest standards are consistently upheld. While focusing on holistic support that enhances independence, please note that tasks requiring the skills of a trained nurse are outside the scope of this role.
