Job Title: Senior CDP
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) who is looking to progress in an expanding pub group.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Head Chef
- Contribute to menu planning and development
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Proficient in all aspects of food preparation, including culinary techniques and meal presentation
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
