LVM Homes is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing construction team in Bangalore. We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong site execution skills and experience in residential and villa construction.

Salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential construction projects.
• Manage site execution and daily work progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
• Monitor labour and subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules and reports.
• Ensure safety standards are followed.
• Verify construction work as per drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience in residential or villa construction.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
