The Role & The Team

In this pivotal role, you will ensure our global operations adhere to regulatory standards, maintain a robust compliance framework, and support our business functions. Your contributions will be vital to the company's sustainable growth in an ever-evolving industry landscape. This is a part-time position for approximately 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Ensure alignment with relevant laws and regulatory standards worldwide.
• Proactively monitor, evaluate, and mitigate compliance risks across the organization.
• Provide expert compliance guidance to various departments, ensuring business processes meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement through compliance audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and coordinate responses to regulatory bodies when required.
• Support the drafting and updating of compliance policies and procedures, aligning them with best practices and strategic objectives.
• Deliver compliance training and workshops to promote understanding of regulatory obligations among employees.
• Advise stakeholders on industry developments and potential impacts to the business.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCEP) are a plus.
• Extensive experience in a compliance role within international environments, with a strong understanding of complex regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a business context.
• Strong proficiency in conveying complex compliance information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Business proficiency in German and English; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Proactive approach to changing regulatory environments, ensuring compliance success.
