The Crisis & Security Consulting (CSC) team is part of Crisis24 and provides physical and cyber security risk and crisis management consulting services. As a result of globally expanding demand for our services, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the CSC team in Singapore. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven senior consultant practitioner to support our clients and continue to grow our Asia-Pacific consulting practice
Role Outline
Consulting services delivery

• Deploy to client offices throughout Asia and/or other overseas locations to deliver CSC’s pre-incident consulting services
• Delivery and management of Security Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Management consulting services and projects
• Produce all relevant documentation in support of assigned pre-incident consulting services and projects; responsible for the quality and standards of such documentation in line with CSC’s best practice doctrine and methodology
• Project management of live security risk and crisis management consulting projects and coordination of deployments including administration of other staff and/or third-party consultants on projects

Business development

• Generation of new security and crisis management consultancy opportunities in Asia and globally in support of CSC’s new business targets
• Identify opportunities to promote and enhance CSC’s security and crisis management consulting initiatives
• Scope, price, manage and/or oversee the development of RFPs and client proposals
• Represent CSC, Crisis24 and Garda in client pitches, presentations and meetings
• Identify opportunities to introduce the wider Garda services into clients

All hazards response

• May deploy to client offices throughout Asia and/or other overseas locations to deliver ‘All Hazards’ crisis management response support services

Account management

• Client liaison and account/client relationship management of new and existing consulting clients

Team engagement

• Support the development of more junior team members and work in cooperation with the wider global consulting team on all aspects of consulting services delivery

Administrative

• Maintain and/or oversee accurate accounting records for key clients allocated Proficient with Salesforce and any other platforms used by Crisis24 up-to-date and accurate in relation to relevant accounts and proposals Other
• Support the wider Crisis24 and Garda business as required

Skills & Experience:

• An established network of industry contacts and clients across Asia (or externally but with outbound business operations on the continent)
• Minimum 7 years' relevant previous experience in a security, intelligence, risk or crisis management environment, working in in an operational and/or consulting role
• Strong working knowledge of Security Risk Management, Corporate Investigations, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management – Best Practice and Industry Standards
• Demonstrable commercial experience developing new business opportunities, from initial lead through all phases of business development to contract commencement.
• Extensive travel experience across Asia including in high threat / hostile environments
• Competent skills with office-based software; MSOffice
• At least one relevant security risk management qualification (CSMP, CPP, PSP or other)
• Fluency in a second language such as Mandarin, French, or Spanish is highly desirable.

Accountability: The Consultant / Senior Consultant will report to the Associate Director (Africa, Middle East & Asia-Pacific) for the development and maintenance of Best Practice in CSC’s pre-incident consulting services. These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the company performance management review cycle and regular monitoring of performance against KPIs throughout the year. Core accountabilities are:

• Delivery of consulting services;
• Execution of defined administrative tasks;
• Participation in company performance management cycle;
• Delivery of revenue through new business development tenders & proposals and day-to-day CRM

Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
