What will your day look like?

We’re looking for someone with top-notch creative writing and concepting skills (and English as their first language) to be our full-time, in-house Senior Copywriter. As our new Senior Copywriter, you will write communications and develop engaging activations for global clients, based on a deep understanding of their TOVs, business objectives and audiences.

Your primary job will be to create compelling copy for CRM, Loyalty and other comms channels. You will:

• Write original copy in American or British English for emails, push notifications, and paid media
• Revise copy based on internal and client feedback
• Contribute to – and flawlessly proofread – new business and pitch decks
• Study insights or reports to give your copy a strong conceptual foundation
• Lean on brand playbooks and tone of voice guides (or write them, when needed!)
• Leverage new, emerging technologies to be the most creative, most efficient writer you can be
• Approach every piece of creative as an opportunity to elevate the creative excellence of the brand, the team and yourself

But your job will also be to conceptualize novel, engaging consumer-facing digital experiences, including:

• Brainstorming with other creatives, or on your own
• Seeing and articulating the complete picture – from first click to loyal consumer
• Presenting ideas, proof of concepts and user journeys to clients
• Playing an active role in projects, from initial idea generation to execution and approval – closely liaising with Experience Strategists, Account Directors, Consultants and more

Who are you going to work with?

As a member of the Experience Design team, you will work closely with talented designers, copywriters, motion designers and creative leads, as well as communication strategists, CX/UX designers, data scientists, tech developers and project managers.

The office is centrally located in Copenhagen, and we’ll expect not only exceptional work from you, but also that you contribute to the fun, friendly, collaborative and innovative atmosphere that echoes through our four stylishly decorated floors. Your conscientious and solution-oriented mindset enables you to digest complex information and translate strategy and insights into persuasive copy and exciting ideas. You value flawlessness and diligent editing, ensuring all deliveries are spotless and effective.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of copywriting experience from an advertising or in-house agency
• Excellent communication skills and native-level proficiency in English
• A relevant background in journalism, English, communications, advertising or similar
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines

What to expect of the recruitment process

You will meet different people from the Experience Design team throughout the interview process. Before the second round, we may ask candidates to complete a short writing assignment or creative case, done at home at your convenience.
