As a Senior Data Analyst, this individual will be part of a healthcare product team; focused on developing and implementing methods to improve data generation, usage and reliability. This individual will be a key team member, focused on developing foundational data-pipelines for downstream analytics.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities of a Senior Data Analyst:

• Creating documentation to explore and confirm business requirements.
• Research, interpret, and analyse diverse and complex data
• Implement analytic activities to support decision-making across multiple lines of business
• Implement process improvement initiatives and automation for efficiency where appropriate
• Collaborate with different lines of business and business functions, to understand their analytic needs, act as consultant to propose business solutions, and communicate results of analytics
• Be responsible for the delivery of results and the support of business strategies derived from data insights
• Utilizing SQL to create net new solutions, modify existing content and distribute the data to users and other systems.
• Participate in all phases of a project life cycle including database design, process flow, benchmark and trend analysis, and modelling
• Provide recommendations to the development team regarding query optimization

Required Qualifications of the Senior Data Analyst:

• Extensive experience in Data Analysis and/or Business Analysis
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and working on cloud.
• Data manipulation and data transformation skills and proficiency in at least SQL or Python
• Proficient in research, interpreting, and analyzing diverse and complex data, and assessing Data Quality
• Experience in deploying large scale analytical solutions or working in a large multinational company
• Proficiency with excel & visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Data Analyst:

• Experience with Cloud technologies such as MS Azure
• Prior experience working on data migration projects
• Experience in Query Optimization
• Proven track record in delivering technology driven solutions through full project life cycle.
