Senior Data Analyst- Data Analytics

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst- Data Analytics to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this capacity, you will take charge of End-to-end development of the Analytics solution, including Testing and release of the solution. By leading and supporting projects/products in close collaboration with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, business analysts, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-adding, and user-centric solutions to our customers in the RDM domain. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting solutions that align with Boehringer Ingelheim's architecture standards and principles, making a significant impact on our organization's success.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Your primary focus will be involved in development of end-to-end analytics solution from Data Warehouse, Front-end development, testing and Release of the solution.
  • Manage and oversee the operation of the Data Warehouse, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimization.
  • Lead front-end development efforts, ensuring high-quality user interfaces and seamless integration with back-end systems.
  • Set clear expectations with our product stakeholders for end-to-end development activities, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Guarantee that processes and system standards are met during deployment of projects/products, defending the global template, and collaborating with key stakeholders to comply with global standards as well as country-specific legal, regulatory, and GxP requirements.
  • Ensure all external developers adhere to development best practices and internal BI processes, follow the AGILE framework, and make improvements when necessary.
  • Proactively make regular improvements to the release process, contributing to the ongoing success of our organization.

Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering, preferably in a quantitative field.
  • + 5 of experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, showcasing your expertise.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Database, SQL Server Database, Python, Power BI, Tableau, AWS, Snowflake.
  • Proven experience in Agile projects, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
  • Strong change management skills, enabling you to navigate and adapt to evolving situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork.
