Senior Daytime Bar Staff | City Centre Pubs

We are seeking experienced Senior Daytime Bar Staff to join our busy and well-established Dublin city centre pubs.

The ideal candidate will have strong bar experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is suited to a reliable, hands-on bar professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards, supporting the team, and delivering a welcoming experience to every customer.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout daytime bar service.
• Prepare and serve drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across the bar.
• Support the smooth running of daily bar operations.
• Assist with bar setup, stock rotation, deliveries, and general bar duties.
• Handle customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• Previous senior bar experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of bar service and day-to-day bar operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident, professional, and reliable.
