Senior Demand Planner

We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner to take ownership of demand planning and VMI. YAS is a growing fashion brand where NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) represents a significant share of the business and plays a key role in ensuring availability and driving sales.

YOUR TEAM
You will join a small, specialized NOOS team of two experienced colleagues, working in a function with direct impact on commercial performance. The team is characterized by a high level of ownership, strong professional collaboration and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to the business. We work closely with Sales, Buying and other key stakeholders across YAS. Success in the role depends on your ability to collaborate, challenge and influence across functions. YOUR ROLE
As Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for driving demand/supply planning and inventory optimization and ensuring a strong balance between availability and stock efficiency. You will act as a key partner to the business, translating data into decisions that directly impact sales and performance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving weekly forecasting across all NOOS products with a focus on accuracy and commercial relevance
• Analyzing sales and stock performance to identify risks and opportunities across categories
• Monitoring and developing key KPIs such as week cover, sell-through and stock turnover
• Placing purchase orders based on data-driven insights and sales development
• Developing and improving planning tools and processes, maintaining master data, and supporting decision-making through ad hoc analysis
• Owning Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), including planning and execution of auto-replenishment

YOUR PROFILE
You bring a structured and analytical mindset and are comfortable working with complexity and large data sets. You take a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and can translate analysis into clear priorities and actions.

With your experience, you naturally take on a business-oriented perspective and are confident in making recommendations that impact product decisions, stock levels and overall performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Has experience with demand planning, forecasting or strategic purchasing in a retail environment
• Brings solid experience within demand planning (ideally 3+ years)
• Is highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data and systems
• Communicates clearly and professionally in both English and Danish
