Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Good written English and communication skills
• Creative thinking and content planning ability
• Understanding of social media trends

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

• Manage Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts
• Create and schedule daily posts
• Maintain consistent brand presence across platforms
• Monitor comments, messages and engagement
• Keep social media profiles updated
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for content

REELS & VIDEO CONTENT CREATION

• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and short videos
• Create educational healthcare content
• Record doctor tips and awareness videos
• Cover clinic activities, events and health camps
• Create before-and-after transformation content (where permitted)
• Maintain content calendar for regular posting

PATIENT TESTIMONIALS & SUCCESS STORIES

• Collect patient feedback and testimonials
• Record video testimonials with patient consent
• Create transformation story posts
• Highlight patient success journeys
• Maintain testimonial database
• Ensure proper documentation and permissions

LEAD GENERATION & INQUIRY MANAGEMENT

• Generate inquiries through social media campaigns
• Monitor and track leads from digital platforms
• Coordinate with front desk for lead follow-up
• Maintain inquiry records and campaign reports
• Support patient acquisition initiatives
• Assist in improving appointment bookings

CONTENT CREATION & BRANDING

• Design posters, banners and promotional creatives
• Create awareness campaigns for diabetes, obesity and metabolic health
• Develop content for aesthetic and body contouring services
• Prepare festival, health day and awareness campaign creatives
• Maintain brand consistency in all marketing material

WEBSITE & ONLINE PRESENCE

• Update website content when required
• Upload blogs, articles and announcements
• Ensure clinic information is accurate online
• Monitor online listings and profiles

GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE MANAGEMENT

• Update clinic photos and information
• Respond to patient reviews professionally
• Encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews
• Monitor online reputation
• Report review trends to management

HEALTH CAMP & EVENT PROMOTION

• Promote health camps and awareness programs
• Design event creatives and invitations
• Create coverage content during events
• Share event highlights and outcomes

REPORTING & PERFORMANCE TRACKING

• Submit weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Track social media growth and engagement
• Monitor inquiry and lead performance
• Report campaign effectiveness
• Suggest new ideas to improve patient engagement

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Media, Communication or related field
• Freshers with strong creative skills may apply
• Experience in healthcare marketing will be an advantage
