Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing / Web Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, web development, and a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the digital landscape. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.

· Lead and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of client websites, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO compliance.

· Manage and optimise social media accounts, creating engaging content and growing online presence.

· Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.

· Conduct SEO audits, develop and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings, and analyse performance metrics.

· Utilise drone technology to capture high-quality aerial footage for marketing campaigns, real estate, and other client projects.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

· Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored digital marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, web development, or a related role.

Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and web development projects.

Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.

Proficiency in web development and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Experience with drone technology and aerial photography/videography is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
