Our mission is to promote digital wellness—the critical intersection of cyber safety and mental health—by delivering innovative learning experiences and comprehensive support initiatives.In this role, you will drive innovative initiatives by integrating cutting-edge EdTech solutions with research-backed strategies, enhancing digital literacy, emotional resilience, and overall well-being for children, youth, and families. You will deliver engaging workshops across schools, corporate settings, and community spaces, ensuring that all projects align with our organisational goals.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Programme Development & Implementation
A) Design & Innovate:
- Develop and continuously refine digital wellness programmes that blend cyber safety and mental health initiatives.
Utilise advanced EdTech tools to create interactive, learner-centric experiences with measurable outcomes.
B) Pilot, Evaluate & Align:

Launch pilot projects and employ data-driven evaluation methods to monitor impact and refine delivery.
- Ensure all initiatives align with TOUCH’s strategic goals, meeting the evolving needs of our communities.
2. Programme Development & Implementation
A) Trend Monitoring:
- Conduct comprehensive research on cyber trends, youth digital behaviours, and mental health challenges in digital spaces. Analyse data to forecast future trends and identify opportunities for programme enhancement.
B) Insight Application::
- Translate research insights into strategic decisions and tailor programme offerings to address both cyber and mental wellness needs.

Facilitate regular feedback sessions and stakeholder meetings to drive continuous improvement and ensure programme effectiveness.
3. Parent & Community Engagement & Workshop Delivery
A) Parent & Family Engagement:
- Develop and deliver targeted workshops and training sessions specifically for parents to foster healthy digital habits at home.
- Create accessible resources and guides that empower families with proactive digital parenting strategies.
B) Community & Stakeholder Partnerships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organisations, and industry experts to co-develop digital wellness initiatives. Design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions across diverse settings—including schools, corporate environments, and community centres—for children, youth, parents, and families.
C) Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Facilitate regular feedback sessions and stakeholder meetings to ensure programme effectiveness and drive ongoing improvements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field that addresses the needs of this role.
- Experience with EdTech platforms and digital wellness tools.
- Familiarity with data-driven programme evaluation and setting measurable outcomes.
- Experience as an MOE educator, especially former cyber wellness coordinators, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and other visual content for training and workshops.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with educational institutions and community organisations.
- Strong understanding of trends in social media, digital culture, and online behaviour, as well as the associated mental health implications.
- Proven ability to work effectively with children, youth, parents, and caregivers.
- Additional certifications or training in digital literacy, mental health, or related fields.

- Communication: Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills, with a strong track record in conducting workshops and engaging diverse audiences.
