Job Title: Senior Director, PACS Regional Cluster (Austria, Switzerland, Czech, Slovakia)

Location: Austria or Switzerland

Reports to: Senior Director Regional PACS (CCH Markets)

Role Purpose:

The Senior Director, PACS, CCH Cluster is responsible for shaping and advancing Coca-Cola's public policy, sustainability advocacy, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement agenda in the cluster markets.

This role engages directly with CCH PACS resources in markets where KO does not have KO PACS in market presence. The role engages directly with KO GMs in these markets and other functions such as Marketing and CCL to ensure PACS System plans in the cluster markets are integrated to marketing and commercial priorities. The role is also an interface to SRA KO resources.

The role is accountable 1. for PACS OKRs and KPI deliverables in these markets, 2. Collaboration with the CCH PACS resources to monitor delivery of the agreed PACS priorities as part of the ABPs in these markets, 3. Direct engagement with external stakeholders 4. Orchestration of additional resources and expertise from Central KO PACS teams when required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop legislative / Public Affairs & Communications Strategy for CCH markets

  • Develop and execute an integrated PACS strategy for CCH markets in the cluster, aligned with TCCC Europe priorities, EU policy frameworks, and bottler commercial objectives.

  • Monitor political and regulatory developments, proactively advising on risk, opportunity, and advocacy strategies impacting system growth and license to win.

  • Ensure clear prioritization, alignment, and enterprise level execution of PACS agendas across the cluster CCH markets.

Engage directly with local governments, media, NGOs and EU trade associations

  • Ensure local KO and System resources have the right tools to engage with EU institutions, national governments, and regulators on key policy priorities.

  • Represent The Coca-Cola Company in relevant industry associations, EU platforms, and multistakeholder forums.

  • Act as senior spokesperson when appropriate and provide decisive leadership during highprofile issues or crisis situations.

Key System liaison for CCH markets & Bottler Orchestration

  • Serve as the primary PACS interface between TCCC and CCH PACS, ensuring consistency in policy positions, messaging, and engagement models.

  • Influence and guide bottler leadership on PACS strategy and execution—directly leading in markets without dedicated KO local PACS capability.

  • Coach senior system leaders through government interactions, public positioning, and stakeholder engagement to deliver system level impact.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Communications, Political Science, Environmental Science, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in public affairs, sustainability, regulatory policy, or strategic communications in complex, multi-country environments.country environments.

  • Deep understanding of EU policymaking and national regulatory systems; proven experience engaging senior external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, particularly within system and bottler operating models.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect PACS strategy to commercial and reputational outcomes.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage.
