Your role will be based in Singapore, supporting both local and international projects. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Manage your own project work
• Deliver sustainable design solutions to the required standards and supervise the work of others in this function
• Manage time on projects to suit deadlines and complete your assigned tasks as stipulated by the Ramboll project manager
• Provide financial management of projects
• Represent Ramboll at external client meetings
• Have strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
• Provide electrical design expertise for the Singapore office

The key deliverables over the first 12-24 months for this role will be:

• Maintain excellent levels of client service and project delivery
• Help to develop and promote Ramboll’s multi-discipline capability
• Ensure Ramboll Q.A procedures are implemented
• Make a meaningful contribution to our technical excellence’ strategy
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team
• Support business development and team growth.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min 7 years of relevant experience delivering Electrical design for buildings in complex multi-disciplinary building projects
• PE Registration is desirable but not essential
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Strong benchmarking skills
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written
• Must be able to work directly with clients and develop a good relationship with public and private clients.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with other team members.
• Have a proven ability to manage a number of projects at any one time
• Ability to communicate material of a technical nature clearly
• A keen learner with a strong work ethic and must be a team player exhibiting leadership qualities.
