About the Role: We are looking to hire a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join a forward-thinking team that values creativity, collaboration and innovation.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and lead projects that focus on sustainable engineering solutions across a diverse project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Act as the primary project lead, you will run and lead projects, managing internal resources to ensure technical, financial and quality outcomes are met on time.
• Commercial Management: Prepare project budgets, conduct value engineering and assist in the analysis of tenders and equipment selections.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all project activities adhere to ISO standards and Health & Safety regulations, including the preparation of safety files.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external consultants and clients, leading design team meetings and managing project expectations.
• Site Management: Oversee on-site installations, conduct quality checks, prepare condition reports and ensure strict BCAR compliance.
• Mentorship: Support and mentor less experienced engineers, promoting knowledge sharing within multidisciplinary teams.

About You

• Relevant Qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven record of managing building services projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and Irish building regulations, with the ability to review and sign off on complex design packages.
• Ability to lead projects and manage both technical and financial aspects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable representing the firm in high-level project environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €54,940.55-€89,107.95 per year
