About the role

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to join our R&D team and work on embedded software development for complex electronic systems.

The role focuses on low-level development, system-level integration, and performance optimization in Linux-based environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop embedded software for modern radio-electronic systems
  • Work with Linux (kernel and userspace) on ARM and x86 platforms
  • Participate in system-level development and integration
  • Contribute to build, testing, and deployment processes
  • Optimize performance and stability of embedded systems

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in C development
  • Strong knowledge of LibC
  • Experience with Linux kernel and userspace (ARM, x86-64)
  • Experience with Makefile
  • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, UDP/IP)
  • Experience with multithreading (POSIX threads, Linux kernel)
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with embedded Linux build systems, including Buildroot, OpenWrt, and Yocto Project for building and customizing embedded firmware.
  • Experience with Git
  • Proficient with debugging and profiling tools, including Valgrind, GDB, and gprof for memory analysis, runtime debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with SDR
  • English level B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Nice to have

  • Experience developing software for signal processing or RF-related systems
  • C++
  • Experience with U-Boot / bootloaders
  • Experience with FPGA and interaction with embedded ARM systems
  • Understanding of SystemVerilog / VHDL (basic level is sufficient)
  • Understanding of electronics (oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
  • Knowledge of RTOS principles
  • Experience with microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, etc.)
