Senior Engineer – Civil & Finishing (High-Rise)

We are hiring a Senior Engineer (Civil & Finishing) to lead the structural, finishing, and interior works for a premium high-rise residential tower. You will plan, coordinate, and inspect all execution phases—from concreting to luxury interior fit-outs—ensuring strict quality adherence, safety, and milestone completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily civil structural activities (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting) and high-end finishing works (flooring, false ceilings, façade, painting).
• Coordinate seamlessly with MEP teams and contractors to hit construction milestones.
• Enforce quality standards (IS Codes), handle snag rectifications, and maintain site records.
• Verify work quantities to assist with billing certifications.

Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Certifications in QA/Safety is a plus).
• Experience: 6 years in high-rise residential/commercial projects, including at least 3 years on structures above 30 storeys.
• Expertise in waterproofing, façade works, and luxury residential finishes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP software.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
