Senior Executive, Design Activation - Strategic Analytics And Insights
Job Description

  • Develop and execute effective sales campaigns, aligned with the sales leaders across the regions

  • Plan and coordinate client events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

  • Craft compelling content for various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

  • Design visually appealing reports and presentations that effectively communicate key insights and data.

  • Analyze metrics from email campaigns and other marketing activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Create persuasive sales materials that support our sales team in achieving their targets.

  • Ensure all presentations and materials are on-brand and maintain a consistent visual identity.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into sales strategies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • 2 -5 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in FMCG

  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is good to have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in translating English to the local language and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance. (local language: Korean (for KR hire), Bahasa Indonesia (for ID hire), Vietnamese (for VN hire))

  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
