Develop and execute effective sales campaigns, aligned with the sales leaders across the regionsPlan and coordinate client events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Craft compelling content for various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Design visually appealing reports and presentations that effectively communicate key insights and data.
Analyze metrics from email campaigns and other marketing activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Create persuasive sales materials that support our sales team in achieving their targets.
Ensure all presentations and materials are on-brand and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into sales strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.2 -5 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in FMCG
Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is good to have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in translating English to the local language and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance. (local language: Korean (for KR hire), Bahasa Indonesia (for ID hire), Vietnamese (for VN hire))
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
