Job Summary:

Actively support TOUCH’s Digital Transformation journey as part of the Technology team and collaborate with vendors to perform routine operations and maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operations of the TOUCH IT infrastructure. This role involves the set-up of new centres and offices, monitoring the performance of IT infrastructure, checking for problems in existing systems and modifying work processes defined in the Organisation’s procedures, processes, and security standards that enable Digital Capability and transform TOUCH into a data-driven and client-centric organisation.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for infrastructure-related incidents.
  • Oversee the identification and resolution of incidents and problems.
  • Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance and traffic across centers and offices.
  • Enhance IT infrastructure by setting up new centers and offices, upgrading and maintaining networks, and managing cloud computing and storage solutions.
  • Conduct routine checks on infrastructure operations in line with IT Operations standards and procedures.
  • Maintain and manage IT asset inventories.
  • Provide user support for IT issues and problems.
  • Continuously improve operational support, streamline processes, and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies in asset and configuration management, accounts and access management, vulnerability and patch management, log management, and backup management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline or relevant skillsets with at least 3 years relevant working experience

Core Competencies and Attributes:

  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in infrastructure support
  • Proficiency with Proficient with Linux, Firewall, ACL, VLAN segmenting, TCP/IP routing, VPN, Wireless deployment, STP and QoS services
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Azure, 365, Entra ID, Entra External ID, SharePoint, PowerShell, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity
  • Familiar with supporting Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS and IoT devices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • May need to travel to different TOUCH centres/offices around Singapore
  • May have to work outside of standard office hours, if needed
  • Energised by innovative projects and technology adoption in social services.
