Singapore Polytechnic's Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy is a leading continuing education and training (CET) academy that advocates the pursuit of lifelong learning and skills mastery. We offer a wide range of training programmes for adult learners to enhance their employability, and partner the industry closely in workforce development.

Reporting to the Manager (Short Course), the appointee’s main role includes supporting the administration for training programmes. This requires working with various stakeholders including course participants and trainers.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of course administration such as timely publicity of course information, class enrolment, sending course confirmation emails, issuing appointment letters and payment to trainers and vendors
  • Correspond with various stakeholders including applicants, sponsoring companies and government agencies on course and funding matters
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that will result in a better user experience for stakeholders.
  • Monitor the quality of training programmes through programme evaluation and feedback

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:-

  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience in administration of courses for adult learners
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, writing and communication skills
  • Resourceful and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team that cuts across departments/functions
  • Technologically-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
