With over 60 people in 4 offices across APAC, Proof manages the exclusive distribution of a portfolio of more than 600 craft spirits, cocktail ingredients, bar tools, and glassware.


About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished HR professional to oversee HR and administrative functions, driving strategic growth and employee engagement. As a seasoned expert, you will spearhead payroll processing, staff claims, and overall HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.

Payroll Processing


  • Develop and implement payroll strategies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Oversee employee claims, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports as required.

Office Administration

  • Manage office services, including contract renewals, utilities, and vendor management.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a well-functioning office environment

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and payroll processing.
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
