Job Title: Senior Field Service Consultant (Freelance)

Working Hours: Flexible, Approximately 5–10 hours per week.

Job overview:

We are building a next-generation ERP platform and are looking for an experienced Senior Field Service Consultant to advise our Product and Engineering teams on Field Service Management processes, architecture, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Field Service Management architecture and best practices.
• Design field service processes, including work orders, scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
• Define functional requirements and data models for the ERP platform.
• Review solution designs and recommend industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Field Service Management or related enterprise Field Service solutions.
• Strong preference for SAP experience; Oracle or Salesforce Field Service experience will also be considered.
• Strong expertise in field service processes, scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
• Experience with solution architecture, functional requirements, and ERP integrations.
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, or ERP development teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.
