Join Stryker as a Technical Services Field Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers in Denmark receive top-tier technical support and maintenance for their equipment.

Your Mission:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will:

  • Repair & Maintain Equipment: Provide on-site repair and maintenance for all customer equipment under service contracts, ensuring work is conducted professionally and documented accurately.

  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical training, address queries, and provide advice to meet customer needs while upholding Stryker's “gold standard” of service.

  • Troubleshoot & Solve Problems: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve operational and technical issues, recommending appropriate actions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Enhance Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in Stryker’s Comms/MedSurg product portfolio to support surgical procedures and maintain equipment.

  • Proactive Maintenance: Conduct yearly preventive maintenance and ensure all Stryker equipment is in optimal condition.

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong, professional relationships with customers and improve service quality within key accounts.

  • Administrative Tasks: Manage routine administrative and quality assignments related to service activities.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role; experience with medical or complex capital equipment is a strong advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining medical devices, with a focus on precision and quality.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of interacting effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
