We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager with expertise in Corporate Finance to oversee financial strategy, planning, and risk management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial decision-making, capital management, and ensuring strong financial controls to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate finance functions, including financial planning, budgeting,
• and forecasting.
• Should have hands on Quick books
• Oversee capital structure, cash flow management, and investment
• strategies.
• Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights to senior
• leadership.
• Develop and implement financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Manage risk assessment, cost optimization, and compliance with financial
• regulations.
• Lead due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or fundraising activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and
• business expansion.
• Handle external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory
• authorities.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications: MBA (Finance), or equivalent.

Experience: 15+ years in Finance, with a strong focus on Corporate Finance.

Pay: ₹59,650.38 - ₹97,130.00 per month
