Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our portfolio. This includes investment reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing the accounts payable process for Luxembourg and France.

Key Responsibilities
1. Investment Reporting and Financial Analysis
  • Month-End Close Process:
Manage the monthly and quarterly close process within tight deadlines for a portfolio of legal entities.
Maintain strong relationships with global teams, partners, and service providers.
  • Financial Reporting:
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for office, retail properties, and corporate structures.
Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, variance analysis, and cash management reports.
Conduct equity, investment, and intercompany account reconciliations.
  • Annual Reporting:
Review financial statements for corporate and property-related structures.
Act as the primary auditor contact for audits and coordinate audits together with service providers.
Review quarterly and annual accounts for PE entities, arrange intercompany invoicing, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
Take ownership of the preparation of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget analysis for legal entity portfolio using Argus, Oxbiz, and excel software
Collaborate with Asset Managers to align assumptions and financial models with expectations.
Present forecasts and budgets to management.

2. Accounts Payable (AP) Management
  • Oversee the AP process for Luxembourg and France, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in:
Processing invoices into a validation tool.
Supervising payment input in the banking platform.
Tracking and reconciling payments.
Issuing invoices and maintaining records on shared drives in collaboration with service providers.

3. Process Innovation and Controls
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Oxford’s established processes and controls.
4. Treasury and Partner Reporting
  • Prepare loan compliance documentation, including the calculation and monitoring of key covenants.
  • Ensure timely interest payments by coordinating with lenders and administrators.
  • Prepare quarterly management accounts for lender compliance, board reporting, and joint venture reporting.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 4 years in financial analysis, reporting, or accounts payable roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Technical Skills:
Strong understanding accounting principles, including consolidation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with JDE, HFM or Yardi is preferred.
Good knowledge of annual accounts review processes, including preparation and analysis.
Familiarity with multi-currency environments and international organizations.
  • Education:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional accounting designation (ACCA/CPA) preferred.
  • Languages:
Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French and German is highly desirable.
  • Other Skills:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
