Senior Financial Controller at ZeroNorth

Join our team as Senior Financial Controller and secure a pivotal position at the core of ZeroNorth's global expansion. This is a highly autonomous, strategic role reporting directly to our Global Finance Director.

This is fundamentally more than a traditional reporting function, it is a high-impact opportunity to operate as a true business partner to our international executive leadership.

We are looking for a finance professional who is deeply curious about the business, translating complex financial results into proactive commercial tactics, strategy, and actionable insights as we scale across all our international hubs.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for the entire Group.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and executive-level management reports that drive decision-making.

• Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations across all entities.

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust global internal financial controls and procedures.

• Act as a key business partner to various departments by providing deep financial analysis and commercial insights.

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in a SaaS or technology company with global operations.

• Collaborate with our external auditors to manage and support the annual audit process.

• Drive continuous improvement and automation of global financial processes and systems.

• Close collaboration with FP&A team and Shared Service Center in India and Bulgarian

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in a SaaS or technology company with global operations.

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles (IFRS and/or local GAAP).

• Strong attention to detail.

• Curiosity to contribute in other areas of finance

• Excellent analytical skills coupled with a genuine curiosity and proactive approach to problem-solving.

• A relevant accounting qualification (e.g., HD(R), CMA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).

• Experience working within a fast-paced, international business environment.

• Manage several different tasks simultaneously.

• Preparation of documentation, data, and supporting analyses to auditors upon request

• Preferable knowledge with NetSuite as ERP system, but not a necessity.
