Factfire have an exciting opportunity for a driven Fire Safety Engineer to join our ambitious team. The role will be based from our office in Dublin.

Experience/Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8).
• A Masters would be an advantage.
• At least 5 years relevant experience.
• Self-motivated.
• A high level of report writing and communication skills.
• On site experience and knowledge of BCAR.
• Good knowledge of Irish Fire Safety Legislation.
• Preparation of Fire Safety Certificate applications.
• Undertake fire risk assessments and fire safety audits of existing buildings.
• Preparation of relevant documentation such as reports, presentations, sketches, drawings, etc.
• A strong focus on time and resource management.
• Clear ability to liaise with the design team, client, local authorities, contractors and other third parties as required.
• Ability to mentor Junior Engineers on the team.
• Full clean driver’s license.

The remuneration package will be subject to negotiation and will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
