Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of software development expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. This role also requires strong analytical, debugging, and observability skills along with hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade DevOps and AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web and backend technologies
• Build responsive UI applications using React (v16+), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and NextJS
• Develop robust backend services using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Design and implement REST APIs and GraphQL services
• Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and ensure optimized data handling
• Perform application monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning using tools like Splunk, Azure KQL, Grafana, Dynatrace
• Work in cloud-native environments using Azure, OpenShift, AKS
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Docker
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning and delivery
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance best practices
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity in coding, documentation, and analysis

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in React (v16+), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, NextJS
• Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL or similar databases)
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, OpenShift, AKS
• Strong DevOps knowledge: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker, Artifactory
• Experience with monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure KQL
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare domain exposure (Utilization Management, Prior Authorization, Care Management, Optum Clinical Manager or similar systems)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise applications and distributed systems
• Exposure to UI widgets and modular frontend architectures

AI & Productivity Expectations

• Mandatory usage of enterprise-approved AI tools in daily development activities
• Maintain minimum 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms
• Use AI tools to enhance:
• Coding efficiency
• Documentation and reporting
• Data analysis and decision-making
• Continuously adapt to evolving AI capabilities and incorporate them into delivery workflows
