We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Senior Producer to fill a crucial role on an undisclosed project. This position involves reporting to the Head of Production and overseeing the project’s completion, ensuring it meets the designated timeline, budget, and quality standards of both the studio and the client.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
– Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team.
– Oversee the timelines of various departments within the gaming team to ensure that milestones are set, thoroughly planned, and achieved as anticipated.
– Oversee the project’s budget by determining resource needs and expectations, monitoring actual expenditure versus planned spending, and revising forecasts.
– Guarantee adherence to the project’s scope.
– Detect and resolve discrepancies among schedule, budget, and design objectives.
– Communicate project progress to the company management team and the client.
– Ensure each team member follows a tracked schedule and feels a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability for the quality and punctuality of their work.
– Promote effective communication, nurture positive work relationships, and encourage teamwork.
YOUR PROFILE:
– At least +5 years of experience working in a production role where you’ve managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of projects.
– Expertize in common Production methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) as well as software (Jira, Shotgun, Excel, Project, Confluence, or equivalents).
– Excellent knowledge and solid experience of using Jira in everyday work.
– Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, on both a personal and team level.
– Self-starter. Approaches challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution.
– An active listener. Makes decisions based on data.
– A proactive outward attitude. Consistently professional, respectful, and approachable.
Desirable Pluses:
– Experience running multiple projects simultaneously, regardless of size.
– BA degree or equivalent in management/organization.
– Shipped AA and/or AAA titles, from start to finish.
– Experience working in the service providing industry is a plus.
