About the Role

As a Senior House Officer, you will work at Nelson Hospital at the top of the South Island in a friendly collegial environment. There are numerous roles within different specialities including relief (covering all specialities).

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our team of 48 House Officers within 120 RMO - s work together to provide team based services to the patients of Nelson Marlborough.

Health NZ Nelson Marlborough is the main health provider for the Te Tau Ihu, the top of the south. With nearly 3,000 employees, we are Nelson and Marlborough - s largest employer, which means the opportunities here are endless. Our main locations are Nelson and Wairau Hospitals but we are spread across the region and service all parts of the community. Our work can be challenging, but we are up for it. About you

For the role of Senior House Officer, you will need to be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. You will also need to meet Immigration New Zealand requirements to be eligible to live and work in New Zealand.
