Senior HR Generalist – Regional Position
Location: Citywest, Dublin 24
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Are you a proactive HR professional with a passion for operational HR and employee relations? We’re looking for a skilled Senior HR Generalist (Regional) to join our team and support our nursing homes across the region.

About the Role:
In this key position, you will work closely with our regional HR Managers and Directors of Nursing to provide expert HR advice, ensure compliance with HIQA and employment legislation, and drive best practice across the business. This role requires travel to EMEIS Ireland nursing homes in the region, so a full driving license and access to a car are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and industry standards
  • Manage recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and workplace investigations in full
  • Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting
  • Support payroll administration and learning & development initiatives
  • Drive a positive employee culture and contribute to various HR projects
  • Complete HR clinics & audits on a quarterly basis or as and when required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy operational HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and employee relations
  • Excellent administration, communication, and multi-tasking skills
  • CIPD qualification or relevant HR qualification preferred
  • Approachable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience using Time & Attendance systems
