Senior Hrbp (Fluent In Chinese And English)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-level and specialized positions, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies that align with business needs.

2. Compensation & Benefits Management:

  • Design and implement competitive salary structures and benefits programs in line with market standards.
  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct employment cost and budget analyses to support strategic decision-making.

3. Employee Relations & HR Advisory:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries on policies, procedures, payroll, and benefits.
  • Proactively address and resolve employee relations matters with a solutions-focused approach.

4. Danish Labor Law Compliance:

  • Provide expert advice on Danish employment law to ensure compliance in all HR activities and employee cases.
  • Handle complex employee issues, such as terminations and disciplinary actions, with legal and procedural accuracy.

5. Organizational Development:

  • Support business growth by driving HR initiatives such as succession planning, talent development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 30.000,00kr. per month
