Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-level and specialized positions, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
2. Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Design and implement competitive salary structures and benefits programs in line with market standards.
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct employment cost and budget analyses to support strategic decision-making.
3. Employee Relations & HR Advisory:
- Act as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries on policies, procedures, payroll, and benefits.
- Proactively address and resolve employee relations matters with a solutions-focused approach.
4. Danish Labor Law Compliance:
- Provide expert advice on Danish employment law to ensure compliance in all HR activities and employee cases.
- Handle complex employee issues, such as terminations and disciplinary actions, with legal and procedural accuracy.
5. Organizational Development:
- Support business growth by driving HR initiatives such as succession planning, talent development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
