WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Enaex Australia is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HSE Advisor to join our People & Sustainability team based in Perth.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the overall safety, health, environmental, and compliance performance of the business. You will partner closely with operational leaders across our sites and manufacturing facilities to drive a strong safety culture, improve compliance outcomes, and support the continuous improvement of our Safety and Health Management Systems.

This position will suit a highly capable HSE professional who thrives in a dynamic operational environment and enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on support to operational teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring Enaex continues to achieve its Zero Harm objectives while maintaining compliance with legislative, regulatory, and company requirements.

Ideally you will have;

  • Proven experience in a senior HSE, safety, or risk management role within mining, explosives, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments
  • Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, compliance requirements, and operational safety standards
  • Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, including root cause analysis methodologies such as ICAM
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Strong leadership and people management capability
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing workers' compensation and rehabilitation programs
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting HSE data and driving continuous improvement initiatives
