Senior Integrated Marketing Communications Manager (Imc) Emea (Fixed-Term 12 Months)

We are hiring a Senior Integrated Marketing Communications Manager (IMC) EMEA for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our Marketing Communications team in Dublin.

Let's talk about the role:


The senior IMC for EMEA Consumer Campaigns will drive brand growth and customer engagement across the EMEA region through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns. You will localize global campaign strategies to meet regional needs, manage end-to-end execution of product and brand campaigns, and optimize performance using KPI-driven insights. This role requires close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders, ensuring effective consumer-focused marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

You will report to the Head of consumer EMEA while acting as a regional lead for EMEA consumer campaigns.

This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful consumer marketing campaigns across EMEA, collaborating with global and regional teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping brand presence, engaging customers, and delivering measurable business growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Let's talk about responsibilities:

1 . Regional Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute consumer-focused campaign strategies tailored to the EMEA region.
  • Localize global campaigns to align with regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviors.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for stakeholders to ensure successful campaign rollouts across EMEA markets.
  • Own timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.

2. Global Campaign Localization:

  • Partner with global teams to adapt brand messaging, creative assets, and marketing strategies for local relevance.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital, Creative, Communications and Brand teams to ensure consistency while addressing regional consumer preferences.
  • Serve as the bridge between EMEA teams, Provider and Product Marketing as well as global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful execution.

3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance across all channels using KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Provide clear analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement real-time adjustments to campaign strategies to maximize impact and ROI.

4. Budget Management and Optimization:

  • Strategically allocate budgets to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Track spend and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.

Let's talk about qualifications, skills and experience:

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a focus on consumer campaigns and EMEA markets
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel, data-driven campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor performance KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience adapting global campaigns for local markets with attention to cultural and consumer nuances.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, reporting platforms, and budget management.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the fast-paced consumer-facing industry preferably in health
  • Familiarity with EMEA markets and the ability to drive targeted strategies for regional growth.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working with creative teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
