Senior Integration Manager, B2b Marketplace
- Experience in a technical account management position or similar - BA in computer science or relevant technical degree is required - Fluency in English (both speaking and writing) is essential. - Clear understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication (XML and Webservices) - Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications - Data driven and demonstrates good working knowledge of metrics, KPIs and SLAs and put them to practice in delivering results

Amazon Business EU Marketplace (3P) is looking for a Senior Integration Project Manager responsible for growing the network of Third Party solution providers who offer Amazon Business features. You will manage and grow a portfolio of integrators who provide Amazon’s offerings to sellers. You will convince solution providers to implement Amazon's features, and guide them through the implementation. You will demonstrate a good understanding of both technology and business. Internally, you will lead complex projects and drive improvements to seller experience by partnering with internal product managers, sales managers and engineers. You will recognize that long-term customer success depends on continuous support and guidance to integrators. Key job responsibilities - Actively manage the integration project with a large portfolio of international Third Party integrators that need to be integrated onto the Amazon merchant offerings - Work with partners to set and meet milestones and deliverables to deliver high-quality integration projects every time - Grow a network of Third Party integrators that offer interfaces and tools for Amazon - Engage internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings - Lead a variety of complex projects that drive growth and improve customer and seller experience in Amazon Business. - Partner with tech and central teams to introduce new products and services to Selling Partners and drive automation and scale - Support the launches of new programs, categories and features
  • Business Development/Sales/Account management experience with strong technical background is advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C#/VB.NET, PHP
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • A track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects is highly valuable
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
  • Experience with advanced SQL
  • Fluency in one of these languages: preferably German, Italian, Spanish, French
  • Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels and have excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
