YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Internal Event Communication Specialist, you bring energy and creativity to every internal moment that matters. You design and deliver impactful events that unite, inspire, and engage employees across our global organization.
From virtual workshops to large-scale corporate experiences, you create inclusive formats that spark connection and elevate our culture. You’re not just planning events — you’re crafting shared experiences that leave a lasting mark.
Your mission? Turn internal communication into a series of memorable, meaningful moments that bring people together — wherever they are.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Design and deliver engaging internal events: plan, organize, and execute a wide range of virtual and hybrid events, including workshops, seminars, team-building activities, and large-scale corporate moments — all tailored to enhance employee connection and company culture.
Promote participation through strategic communication: develop and implement internal communication campaigns that boost visibility and drive strong attendance, ensuring each event finds its audience and impact.
Create inclusive experiences across cultures: design events that resonate with an international and multicultural workforce, always mindful of cultural nuances and accessibility.
Craft compelling internal content: write and publish engaging materials for internal newsletters, intranet platforms, and internal social media — before, during, and after events — to keep momentum high and messages clear.
Coordinate across teams with ease: work closely with HR, communications, leadership, and operational teams to align logistics, messaging, and objectives for each event.
Manage multiple projects with precision: oversee several initiatives at once, keeping deadlines, quality, and budgets on track while adapting to the needs of a fast-paced, evolving organization.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You hold a Master’s degree in Communication and have 5+ years of experience in internal communication, event management, or collaborative project coordination, ideally in a complex or international environment.
You enjoy designing creative, inclusive, and engaging formats — even in a fully virtual setup.
You are attentive to team needs and adopt a facilitator mindset when working with internal stakeholders (HR, leaders, managers, experts…).
You know how to simplify complex topics and turn them into meaningful moments for diverse audiences.
You’re agile, proactive, and comfortable improving existing formats, streamlining processes, and bringing concrete solutions.
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in parallel without compromising on quality.
You are fluent in English.
As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed. By employing people with different experiences and abilities, we expand our knowledge and increase our creativity and innovation.
Please note: Legitimate CEVA Logistics recruitment processes include communication with candidates through recognized professional networks, such as LinkedIn or via an official company email address: firstname.lastname@cevalogistics.com. We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited business propositions and/or offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar.
