An exciting career progression opportunity has arisen at our Your Move in North Heath, as we are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings professional to join the team as a Senior Lettings Negotiator.

In the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by:
- Generating and conducting Lettings Appraisals
- Winning and gaining new instruction on properties to let
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Local market knowledge and networking
- Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times
Experience within the Lettings industry is essential:
Experience:
- Previous experience in Lettings is essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of Lettings legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively
