What we offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £20,000–£25,000, with realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000–£60,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Appointments: Do you have the drive to meet daily and monthly targets by arranging viewing appointments for Lettings and Sales stock?
  • Build Relationships: Can you create trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and valued?
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Do you believe every customer deserves to feel impressed and well-advised every step of the way?
  • Feedback & Advice: Will you deliver constructive feedback to landlords and vendors that ensures their properties remain competitive in the market?
  • Viewings & Applications: Are you confident in conducting viewings that convert into offers and tenant applications to meet performance goals
  • Promote Properties: Can you act swiftly to market new instructions, ensuring properties reach the right audience within 24 hours?
  • Negotiate & Close: Are you skilled at facilitating smooth negotiations, presenting applications, and securing approvals for the best outcomes?
  • Ensure Compliance: Will you maintain professional standards, ensuring tenants receive the “How to Rent” guide and other necessary documentation?
  • Stay Organised: Can you stay on top of administrative tasks by keeping detailed records in Aspasia and clearing daily actions with precision?

  • Proven Negotiator: Are you persuasive, confident, and results-driven when it comes to closing deals?
  • ARLA Qualification: Are you ARLA qualified or working towards it to enhance your professional credentials?
  • Local Knowledge: Do you have an understanding of the local area and property market that gives you an edge?
  • Competitive Spirit: Are you motivated by targets and keen to exceed expectations?
  • Detail-Oriented Listener: Do you pay attention to every detail, ensuring customers' needs are accurately captured?
