With an annual PPC budget exceeding $10M, we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our growth initiatives. In this role, you will drive our paid media strategy, optimize performance, and expand our global e-commerce presence, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities:
PPC Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and oversee data-driven PPC strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage a large-scale annual PPC budget of $10M+ across multiple platforms (Google, Amazon, etc.).
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the execution and optimization of paid campaigns to achieve ROI, CPA, and other key performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and making data-backed recommendations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PPC specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, growth and scale
- Provide guidance on best practices, ensuring team alignment with broader marketing goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Build and deliver comprehensive performance reports, offering actionable insights and communicating key findings to stakeholders.
- Leverage analytics tools to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, creative, and other marketing teams to develop cohesive strategies that drive brand growth.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in PPC management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large PPC budgets ($10M+ annually) in an e-commerce environment with a large catalog.
Leadership Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and accountability.
Technical Proficiency:
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) and rule based bid management platforms.
Analytical Mindset:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to create detailed performance reports and executive summaries.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
