The Agile Center of Expertise drives the continuous evolution of agile practices across Magenta, aligning them with business and organizational goals while enabling high performance, cross-tribe collaboration, and strategic impact.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Agile CoE team of 14 coaches and experts around a clear shared purpose

• Evolve and apply agile practices and frameworks pragmatically to fit Magenta’s business and tribe needs

• Drive organizational agility by fostering cultural change, transparency, and strong cross-tribe collaboration

• Set clear priorities for the Agile CoE and align initiatives closely with business leaders and strategic goals

• Act as a trusted agile thought leader, coaching and mentoring coaches and stakeholders across the organization

• Do you have proven experience leading agile transformations in complex, corporate environments?

• Do you bring strong leadership skills and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams?

• Do you have a deep understanding of agile frameworks and know how to apply them pragmatically?

• Are you highly effective in stakeholder management and communicate confidently across all levels?

• Do you bring hands-on experience in cultural change and organizational development?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of €4.710,39 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
