OUR ROLE
As the Sr. Manager, Global E2E Planning your leadership will align planning decisions with our strategic goals, embedding a disciplined, value-driven model across brands, markets, and channels. You will ensure that planning decisions are aligned, scalable, and value driven, and that accountability for service and inventory outcomes sits with the teams that control the key decision levers. The role is critical in embedding a disciplined, end-to-end planning model across brands, markets, and channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT VITA BRANDS
In this dynamic role, you'll spearhead our global E2E planning strategy, leading key initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation. Your work will ensure VITA Brands remains at the forefront of supply chain excellence, fostering strong cross-functional relationships and delivering outstanding results across all channels.
- Lead and coach the E2E Planning team, ensuring they operate as decision makers with clear accountability.
- Own and refine the global E2E planning framework, driving consistency across brands and markets.
- Oversee performance on finished goods inventory and availability.
- Act as the senior planning interface with demand planning, manufacturing, and other key stakeholders, ensuring seamless handovers.
- Optimize the use of SAP APO for accurate supply and inventory planning, acting as a single source of truth.
- Drive continuous improvement in the planning processes and data quality, while supporting the evolution of planning tools and analytics to enable scale and transparency.
- Act as an escalation point for conflicts, ensuring trade-offs are documented and aligned with business priorities.
- Drive planning stability while allowing flexibility to create business value, continuously improving the planning model.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes and driving innovation. Your expertise in end-to-end planning and decision making, coupled with your ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams, makes you a vital asset to our continued growth and operational excellence.
- Leadership Experience: 7–10 years in end-to-end supply chain planning, showcasing leadership in managing global planning teams.
- Collaboration Expertise: Proficient in coaching and guiding teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinker, capable of translating complex data into clear decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Decision Making Skills: Confident in making trade-offs under ambiguity, with a proven ability to drive effective decision making.
- Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP APO, using it as a key tool for supply and inventory planning.
- Global Experience: Skilled in navigating a global environment, aligning planning strategies across diverse regions and functions.
