We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to be our Senior Manager, Group reporting and controlling.
In this position, you will be a key player in providing financial insights for Posti Group management. Your work will enable good business decisions.
You will provide transparent, high-quality financial reporting and analysis for the management. Reporting process monitoring and continuous process development are part of your responsibilities. In this role, you will also lead a Group Function controller team and support them in their areas of responsibility. Posti is currently running many development and transformation projects, which will give you an opportunity to develop your expertise within finance and grow as a leader.
You will work in close cooperation with many stakeholders in the organization – top management, function management, controllers in finance and group functions, Posti Service Center, and many other teams.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- A Master’s degree in finance, or a comparable field with a focus on finance and controlling
- Experience in management reporting from a Group perspective
- Ability to see the big picture, but also deep-dive in the details
- Good leadership & collaboration skills
- Previous experience as a supervisor
- Ability to work under pressure during tight deadlines
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of consolidation, planning and reporting tools is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both English and Finnish
