Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting: Senior Manager- Legal in-house Counsel Your role: Drafting and reviewing various types of legal agreements and any other legal documents; Negotiating various types of agreements with third parties Contributing to long-terms projects in terms of contractual review but also coordination; Providing legal advice to senior management and other internal departments Preparing the corporate documentation of the company; Ensuring the corporate governance principles applicable to a PFS are followed; Monitoring and reviewing new laws, regulations and market practices which may impact the business; Assisting with debt recovery files; Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, notaries, local authorities, etc…; Taking part on various projects; Working on specific client files when necessary. Lead, mentor, and manage a team oflegal professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. Your profile: You have a University degree and a master in law (or equivalent); You have between 8 and 10 years of experience in a similar position; You are fluent in English GDPR knowledge would be an asset; You can work under limited supervision You are well organised, have very good communication skills and you are a good team player; You are also proactive and eager to learn.
