Day to Day

Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members through 1:1s and project check-ins
Run daily and weekly team stand-ups to prioritize work, remove blockers, and align on deliverables
Review and guide the development of dashboards, reports, and models produced by the analytics team
Partner with Sales, Customer Support, and Strategy leaders to understand needs and align analytics support
Scope and design experiments (e.g., A/B tests or pilots) and oversee their execution and measurement
Conduct regular deep dives into key performance metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities
Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain a reliable data infrastructure
Prepare executive-ready insights and recommendations for QBRs, strategic reviews, and initiative updates

Responsibilities

Drive and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and operational excellence
Drive strategic initiatives by leveraging data to improve sales and customer service effectiveness, increase revenue, and enhance customer experience
Design and oversee rigorous experiments and pilots to test hypotheses, validate strategies, and guide executive decision-making
Develop and maintain analytics frameworks and methodologies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and impact in measurement and reporting
Oversee the data infrastructure that supports Sales and Service operations, ensuring quality, scalability, and integration with business systems
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
Manage advanced analytics projects, including predictive modeling, customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and machine learning applications
Present findings and recommendations to executive partners in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner

Skills/Competencies

5+ years of experience in strategic analytics, with a strong focus on sales, customer service, or service operations; includes experience in sales analytics, customer experience insights, or management consulting.
At least 3 years of proven people leadership, with a track record of scaling and developing high-performing analytics teams that support sales and service goals.
Deep expertise in designing and analyzing experiments and pilots (e.g. A/B tests) that improve sales effectiveness, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools like Tableau, specifically applied to performance tracking, pipeline analysis, customer health, or service metrics.
Demonstrated success using predictive modeling, lead scoring, customer segmentation, and churn analysis to drive business outcomes in sales and service contexts.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex sales and service data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
Proven ability to partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Product, and GTM teams to align analytics with business priorities.

Salary Range Transparency

Dublin 118,000 - 172,000 EUR per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
