About the role


As one of Ireland’s leading multidisciplinary building consultancies, ORS continues to grow across engineering, architecture, surveying, and specialist services. We are now strengthening our Marketing & Brand team with a Senior Marketing Executive who will play a key role in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and digital engagement across the ORS Group.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of marketing projects, managing campaigns from concept to execution, and supporting a fast-growing, multi-service business. You will work closely with service line leads, the wider marketing team, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging, impactful campaigns, and a strong market presence.


You’ll have autonomy in how you work, flexibility to work remotely, and the opportunity to make a real impact on ORS’s growth and visibility in Ireland, the UK, and Europe.


Key Responsibilities


  • Implement and manage digital media strategies, including website content, social media, and email marketing, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality visual content for both digital and print, ensuring alignment with ORS branding and templates.
  • Generate, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, website, and other digital platforms, including blogs, infographics, and videos.
  • Oversee the company website, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and optimised for SEO.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate photography and videography for projects, events, and ORS activities.
  • Support internal communications, ensuring staff engagement with initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with service line leads to deliver marketing support for client-facing projects, acquisitions, and multidisciplinary campaigns.

Essential Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable marketing experience in a similar or related role.
  • Strong skills across digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Excellent design awareness and ability to work with brand guidelines.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and alignment with a collaborative, values-led culture.

Desirable Requirements


  • Ideally 5–7 years marketing experience.
  • Experience working in professional services, B2B, construction/engineering.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with CMS systems, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
