EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 15 +Years of Domain Experience. (Must have)

A Routing and Switching, Firewall, Wireless, Load Balancer and Infoblox Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining load balancing and DNS/DHCP/IPAM (DDI) solutions to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role involves collaboration with various teams to support business objectives and provide technical guidance

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and Implementation:

  • Analyze, design, implement, and maintain the network’s R&S, Wireless, Network Security, F5 Load Balancer infrastructure
  • Configure and troubleshoot, ensuring efficient network and application requirements.
  • Provide architecture/engineering expertise for new implementations, cloud environments, integrations, and project designs.
  • Manage the enterprise strategy and provide technical support for security compliance initiatives.
  • Create highly available and complex network solutions in both data centers and cloud environments
  • L2/L3 Operation support

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Monitor performance and identify and resolve issues related to Load balancers.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate network inventory and documentation.
  • Respond to network incidents and provide on-call support as needed.

Infoblox Administration:

  • Configure and manage Infoblox DDI solutions, ensuring efficient DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
  • Implement and maintain network security best practices related to DDI.
  • Monitor and maintain Infoblox systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine updates

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and maintain security best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans.
  • Implement and manage access control policies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, security engineers, and application developers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Work with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Network devices Physical and Virtual.
  • Strong understanding on Inflobox, Service now, Solar winds, etc.
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • Strong understanding of network security best practices.
  • Knowledge on firewall management will be added advantage

OEM:

  • Network – Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Meraki, Aruba
  • Fire Wall- Palo Alto and Fortinet
  • Load Balancer: F5 & NetScaler
  • Infoblox

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong Operation management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
  • Equivalent load balancer certification would be preferred. (CCNP or CCIE)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Load balancing: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Infoblox: 10 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Plano, TX 75023 (Required)
