- Networking with clinical leaders, seniors, and staff grades across the organisation
- Regular individual professional supervision for support and mentoring
- Opportunities to be involved in teaching and training for non-Allied Health staff
- Opportunities to implement and develop new patient care models and service development.

- New Zealand registered Occupational Therapist with current APC
- 5+ years relevant rehabilitation experience
- Strong teaching, communication, leadership, and coaching skills to work alongside staff to support and develop their clinical reasoning and autonomy.
- Experience in service development and quality improvement projects.
- Effective leadership and people skills
- Strong role model with advanced communication skills
- Excellent assessment and time management skills
- Experience with leadership/senior roles in the past or present
- This is a fulltime permanent position
