We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead and oversee the smooth running of our catering operations across multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, managing teams, sustaining exceptional client relationships, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations, all while driving operational efficiency and growth.

Description:
What does a day in the life of a SOM at Cater Care look like?

• Overseeing the Operations team across multiple Aged Care and Education sites
• Assist your operational team to deliver high quality events and functions
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance to the food safety program
• Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
• Ensuring high levels of compliance across compliance within health & safety and adherence to a food safety legislation
• Leading a diversity of teams to perform at their best
• Opportunities to travel in Queensland

Skills and Experiences:
What you need to bring to Cater Care

• Demonstrated experience leading multi-site catering, hospitality, or corporate food service operations.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent recognised culinary qualification.
• Strong commercial capability with a proven track record of managing multi-site operational budgets.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to navigate varied stakeholder environments.
• Current Police Check and the capacity to obtain a Working with Children Blue Card.
