About the job:
- Cover the full spectrum of HR functions including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Expatriate Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Reward & Benefits & Policy Review.
- Support local Talent Acquisition, including candidate management, offer negotiation, and coordinate with regional TA for APAC hiring if required.
- Deliver culture/ organization reviews and re-design initiatives that future proof our organization and create high performing teams.
- Build strong working relationships with internal clients and understand their departmental goals and requirements.
- Employment Contract Drafting and Discussion when required.
- Collaborate with other regions to drive improvement, constancy and change where possible.
- Actively involved in the remuneration and performance review and promotion processes,
- Keep abreast of employment legislation in the region and provide guidance to the senior managers.
- Answer general HR enquiries from employees & other administrative tasks whenever required.
- Work with Talent Acquisition Lead to support local Talent Acquisition, including strategy planning, end to end candidate management, offer negotiation.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration and assist the other members of the HR team as and when necessary. Benefits and Payroll administration and related Approval
- Answer general HR enquiries from employees & other administrative tasks whenever required.
- Experienced candidate might be considered and People & Culture Business Partner
About you:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, Talent acquisition is a plus.
- Self-confident, articulate, well-organized individual, who is able to work independently whilst maintaining a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to drive and deliver projects to completion.
- Exceptional change manager with the leadership skills required to be successful.
- Experience of leading and working across multidisciplinary teams across locations to achieve projects.
- You are resourceful, independent and comfortable in multitasking.
- You demonstrate high attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in your work.
- You have good MS Excel and Powerpoint skills and are comfortable presenting and discussing with numerical and financial implications of your ideas and proposals.
- Desire and ability to be hands-on while also strategic.
- Ability to quickly foster strong working relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Enjoys a fast paced, high volume environment.
